31'' tires should fit. my next tires are going to be 31'' and from what i have heard they should fit but will most likely rub only at full wheel lock. you might need new gears though with a 2.3

i wouldn't go bigger than 31x10.5 and you'll probably still rub a bit then. my stock 2wd 2.3 rubbed ever so slightly with 235/75 r15 tires.

thats about a 31x10.5 but its a 16 inch tire. if you have a stock 15 inch rim it wont work.

i have 30x9.5 pro comps closer to 29.5" they dont rub at all on my 03. 31's rub at full lock on my truck. its hard to compare to yours because your truck is older and hard to determine how much the suspension is sagging. if its sagging the 30x9.50's i have will rub on full lock turns.

235/75/15 may work with slight rub. go to the local offroad shop and try different tires on the driver side front.

I have 29x10.5 on my 95. They rub at full steering lock. I have new coils up front too so it isn't from sagging with age. I like how they fill the wheelwell and they changed the whole look of the truck from the stock 195/75/14 LOL

235/75R15's are as big as you wanna go. Even a 30x9.50 will rub unless you install new springs. My splash has those and I tried to fit 30x9.50's and they rubbed bad!

im runnin stock front suspension and lower rear(removed a leaf) with 30/9.5 bfg all terrains.. they dont rub at all what so ever.. however im running aftermarket 15/7" aluminum rims that have a lil less backspacing than stock.

depending on the rear end gears ur truck came with, u will most likely want to go lower if u go 30" or bigger.
my truck came with 3.73 gears and i recently switched to 4.56 gears.. couldnt be happier
