Your truck is impressive.

I think what makes your truck unique and special and badass and whatever else is the refinement of your modifications and the units its equipped with. You have a truck that has not lost once of class from a stock ranger, but has at least doubled every measure of offroad capability. It is obvious how much planning you must've done to complete your swap in a long weekend. Envy man, green with it

thanks brother!

ya, when i bought this truck, all i knew where cranking tosion bars and nasty body lifts.

after seeing that there where people doing an SAS with less resources than i(machine shop), i figured, why the hell cant i do it. so i researched for a while and even had 2 sets of leaf pack that i was gonna use to make a good one. i then decided to go with coils and y links that i got for almost free. from there, i said, why not just move it up a notch and do coilovers.
so i picked up a set of coilovers for almost free( wheel adapters and an alpine) and did a much needed rebuild on them(never worked on coilovers before). i had 2 dana 30s that i was gonna use to build one up but i then ran into a deal i coiuldnt turn down. some guy despereatly needed both dana 30s i had in exchange for a Rubicon dana 44 and $250. the axle was well worth $2,500+.
at that point, i had done enough research to where it was just "plug n play" for the swap.

thanks for the compliments guys.

I got a picture in my head what you did (but pics would be sweet!( hey you told me to get after ya!). When I got my box from the junkyard I didnt grab the whole shaft off the yota. Gonna have to get one. Now Ive looked at u-joints online and the cheapest I've found so far is like $80 plus shipping. You remeber what kind you got and where and what price you paid for it? Just ordered my heim joints and high missalignment spacers last night for the drag link. Got 3/4 heims for 8.50 a piece and spacers were $1.50 a piece. Trying to keep costs down and I know after finding my heims for so cheap that theres gotta be some place thats got u-joints cheap. Thanks c-note!

i have a buddy that works at offroad-engineering where they sell the joints. they are rather expensive tho. when i lived there in san diego, i picked them up for $45. kartek also sells them but im sure they are just as expensive(prices not listed). offroad-engineering has great customer service so id hit them up first.
