Looks great, went with a 3 link I see. I wonder though why so short on the RA though? It will luimit flex a bit but from the looks of it, not effecting you to much. I do agree, more pictures of this and details (i.e coils used up front, shocks, tire size, etc...)

Looks great, any other future plans to her?

Materials used would be nice too. I'm planning on fabbing mine. I have more time than money.

The joints for the control arms are Currie CE-9114 2 5/8" wide the thread is 1 1/4" - 12 TPI. The steering heims are 5/8 x 3/4. On the control arms I use 2" .250 wall DOM for the lowers. Lower bushings I use Energy Suspension 9.9489. The upper arm I ordered a 1 1/4" - 12 TPI bolt from Fastenal order one extra CE-9114B bung. Cut the head off and weld it to a piece of 2" .250 wall. I used Energy Suspension bushing 9.9483 for the upper. For the tube I use
1 3/4" .120 wall DOM.

Here you can see the trussed dana 30 and my steering setup. I will be doing a hydro assist in the future.

Started building a new bumper not complete yet but should be in less than a month with a new winch.

Frame sliders

Control arm are roughly 28 to 29" placed right up to the transmission crossmember.

Also had a new rear driveshaft built...

Lots of plans for TNT... Cage, winch and seats will be next. Running 33x12.50r16 m/t baja claws, 2" body lift, rancho rs9000 reservoir shocks with roughly 4" of up travel and 10" of down travel, rubicon 4.5" springs for a cherokee. Plan on going with 35's soon but will probably run a different spring then with a different leaf spring mount for more room to flex.

TNT was previously on a 6" superlift, 2" body lift, 4.56 gears, lockrite locker, on 35's for a long time. Upon getting a new sports car (05' g35 coupe) I parked TNT for 3 years, then I decided that the truck was deserving of a rebuild. I had a local buddy help me big time on this project. And now I'm addicted and leave the car at home to take the truck to work everyday. Taking this rig outdoors with my family and friends is what it is all about.

Thanks, This is my first attempt at this. I was also planning on going to the tranny crossmember with my arms.

Yeah the only reason I went with 28" arms is because I didn't want to fab up a crossmember... I don't think that it really limits my flex much at all.

My arms are much longer and I didnt build or use a crossmember for them, just bolted it all to the frame.

I need tomake upper coil buckets like you have, my coils are currently held in by retainers on the top and bottom and will limit my flex majorly.
