I have a stock 87 bronco ii. I like to do a little offroadin here and there but mainly drive the truck every where. I plan on getting the 4" rough country lift and 31s but I'm not sure whether to get leaf springs or blocks?

Anything helps?

Thanks

If you choose blocks.....No blocks over 1 1 /2 inches. Springs are way better and much safer.

As everyone has said get springs if you can afford it. You can run blocks in the rear, I did for a few years, but save for those springs and change them out as soon as possible.

i'm with stegomon....that's what i did on my b2. i removed the overload spring from the EX pack and then added 2 or 3 leaves from my old b2 springs. i used the cheapie shackles from a parts store instead of the belltech's (they're a 1/3 the price and the same thing)....probably got a total of 3-3.5" with it. pretty level with my 4" brackets/coils up front

here's the clearance i got from it
