WTB: FX4 manual shift knob

Looking to buy the special FX4 manual shifter knob that appears to be unavailable everywhere. The truck I just bought did not come with it.

Have you tried car-part.com? Basically a huge list of salvage yards nation wide with pics and info… I found my shifter canes (both transmission and transfer case) with the knobs, boots, and linkage on the case delivered for $100 from a yard out in salt lake.
