Pic is when I first took possession. Someone left the taps running and no heat....it went down to -40 that winter. Its too bad, that pine flooring looked good at one time.

You should have turned off the water and drained the plumbing if you were going to turn off the heat for the winter.

Nope. Just the kitchens inside igloos.

You should have turned off the water and drained the plumbing if you were going to turn off the heat for the winter.
I took possession after the damage was done. I think the previous tenant was pissed at the landlord. And now I understand why....
