When I sold my 97 lowered Ranger last year, it was still in rattle can flat black and was my lil "rat truck" I regret selling the thing everyday because I could an did drive it everywere. But anyways I was browsing craigslist and saw that the guy who i bought it off of is selling it now, and he has done the bodywork and painted it now...I had mixed feeling looking at the pics of my ol truck. definitely made me miss it all the more. So heres some before pics when i owned it and the after pics

I agree, looked better before. But I still kind of like it in blue... kind of.

i like the blue, but the exhast tips are too long, he needs to put the ford badge back on the grill, and the headlights need to be polished/ deoxidized. the front end would look better with a fog light valence, i think it would make it match the roll pan on the back better?

yea the exhaust was further in when i had them on, he said he was going to put a glasspack in place of my straight pipe :( And if you look closely, the ford badge is still there on the front...just painted over apparently, I would think the ford badge would go well with the blue, since its blue also lol. The headlights were like that when i had the truck too, i would take them apart and let them dry, but after a month or so they got damp again. The lower valence and bumper on the truck currently is actually a Mazda bumper/valence. Looking at the pictures I'm still trying to decide if its a "flat blue" or gloss blue, because the front looks sorta glossy, but the back shot looks flat....hmmm

I'm sure it's gloss blue, it's all covered in frost. If you look at the window it's all covered.

I'm kinda partial to the rattle can black, but the blue doesn't look bad either. It would've been nicer if he didn't paint over the ford emblem on the grill, and as someone already said the tail pipes are a little too long. Still a good looking ranger.

Yea I had 17's on it at one time, but it isn't lowered enough to make them look right, so I threw on the 14's that are still on it now (junkyard rims/tires 35 bucks for all 4 :)
