Ignition Switch won't go back to power up radio?

On my '10 the accessories position is key forward from off, just slightly. My 98 was the same way, and all the rangers my buddy has owned were the same way.

Out of the 5 possible key positions, it should be #2, but in mine, it doesn't work.
