Lol. My whole reason for wanting the aux input is not music. I really dont listen to music much while driving. It's so I can hear the phone GPS voice better, and I just got the amazon echo auto so I can yell at Alexa while driving but it needs an aux input as well. Like i said i have a bluetooth fm transmitter but i hate connecting to the dumb thing and it drains my battery. The "isimple" thing is direct 12 volt power by the truck and you just plug the phone or alexa thing into the aux input.

I think its actually illegal to drive with headphones on in NJ... its illegal to drive without shoes for god sakes...

Just the right size to touch the ground.
They do sell the FM transmitters with a 3.5mm jack for aux input.

I use a regular BT FM transmitter for iHeartRadio, etc. and I don't have any real battery drain issues. If I know I'm not going to be in the truck for a few days, I'll pull it out enough to kill the connection.

Hey Dirtman, If you manage to mess this radio up... While cleaning up the garage today, I found an old Pioneer Soup-er Tuner single DIN you may be interested in.
