SOLD! Ford 8.8 31 spline with Torsen diff and disk brakes. From 2002 Ranger FX4.

I have a 31 spline Ford 8.8 out of a 2002 Ranger FX4. This is the beefed up 8.8 that is a direct bolt in for most years of the Ranger.

The truck had 250K miles on it. I am in the process of tearing it down. If anyone is interested, I can do a custom build for them with all new parts. I also have the parts for a disk brake conversion. I can also do any gear ratio you would need.

Disk brakes are on and wheel seals have been replaced. Axle is ready to be bolted in to your Ranger. I may also be able to get the matching 4.10 gears for the front diff if needed just let me know. Asking $500 with the Torsen. Axle will not come with any fluids. Local pickup preferred or I can deliver if you aren't too far from Binghamton, NY.

Update:

The torsen and gears have been sold. Still have the housing, 31 spline shafts, diff cover, and disk brake kit. I'll take $200.

So you'll need a new carrier, new gears, rebuild kit, and to setup the diff.
