Does anyone know, or know where find, the factory flow rates for the 3.0 heads? Thanks.

That's little better than I thought... I can likely double that with a good porting.

No one here will support building a 3.0. Too many have tried with no luck. I am a porter also and just find it hard to believe. But many engine swaps will in the long run turn out better than upgrading a 3.0. If you get the numbers please keep us posted, or at least me LOL.

The fact that others don't want too, or can't, is exactly why I will. I'm not the easy lego build type guy. It's just metal. I got a guy that can carve out a custom cam, I just need to figure out what kind of flow I can get.

I know there are higher ratio rockers available for the vulcan. Which is the poor man's version of a bigger cam.

I'd google how to build yourself a DIY flow bench. I really cant see it being too complex, just some plexiglass plates and a flow gauge...

Edit, here I found this!

I've got a little homemade flow bench. Just not tearing my motor apart to measure flow. I'll have to pick up another set of heads.

You could always pay someone to blow real hard on your tailpipe and then measure the flow coming out of the throttle body... I know a gal...
