I have a 92 ranger and I can turn my fan off and it still blows warm air through the vents whats going on? It sucks in the summer because I turn it off and it still blows warm air slightly. Any suggestions?

Toonces drives a Ranger . . . . just not very well.
Sounds like your blend door ain't blending. Should be able to drop the glovebox, work the Cold / Hot slide control and see if the cable is sliding and moving the blend door arm.

Is the fan TURNING? Sometimes high speed air can force itself through the vents just because the vehicle is moving.

If the fan is definitely on, you simply must have a short across the switch somewhere. No, it doesn't have to be the switch itself.
