Anyone try P90X Workout?

I hope I dont lose weight I eat healthy and really want to gain some weight. I have 9% body fat right now.

thats what i dont want too i lose any more then a few lbs il look like skeltor

It's either dumbbells or weights, you don't have to have both. You do have to have a chin up bar, a yoga mat and something to do push ups with.

I had to buy the yoga mat and push up deals but I made a chin up bar out of spare stuff.

I don't use any of the supplements that they peddle. is my only supplement.

How old are you? You have any training before? If your body fat percentage is at 9% as you say, i wouldnt think you would have much more to lose. you need a good tone before mass, and that may mean losing a couple pounds

If you're only at 9% body fat, you need to start eating if you want to pack on some muscle!

It's very tough to make decent gains while staying lean. Your body just cant do it.

Do the P90X, but eat eat eat...or you will just get more toned, and not any bigger.

I did p90x for a couple weeks but kind of stopped after that. Its really tough but it works. all you need is a pull up bar and resistance bands or weights. you dont have to have the push up bars or anything like that. Im going to be starting back up soon

I eat around 6 times a day, probably in the 3200 to 3800 calorie range. I am toned bc I have been working out for 3 months I just hate that I dont go about it in a very organized way. I like it layed out exactly what I can do. hence p90x lol.
