Welcome to TRS
You can't wire them to the controller, it doesn't have an external input, it gets a Wireless signal from the fob to lock or unlock
You can wire switches to the new door lock solenoids, but you will need to used 2 relays and a fuse, and the switches of course
I would see how much 2 more Fobs would cost and mount those to the doors
The door solenoids work on 12volts DC, DC means there is a + and - , this is important
Door solenoid has 2 wires
If one wire is + and the other wire is - then solenoid moves UP, if you reverse this so + wire is now - and - wire is now + then solenoid moves DOWN
So this is what the switches do, switch has 3 wires, wire for each relay, and one GROUND wire
One relay is for UnLock, one is for Lock
When relays are OPEN door solenoid wires are BOTH - (grounds)
When door switch activates UnLock relay it Closes making its Door Solenoid wire + , the other wire is still - so solenoid moves UP
Same for Lock, except other relay Closes and other wire is +
Both door solenoids would be wired to these relays, so its ALL UnLock or Lock
You will need 4 Diodes where you tie into the door solenoid wires to prevent a short when Fob activates door locks
You use 5 pin relays, because you need 87A pin
5amp fuse should be fine, 12v full time power to the relays for relay power and door solenoid power
