Congratulations! Put your hand on the low pressure hose, if it's cold you're close to right compressor is cold your overcharged.
On the chart, look for close to the outdoor temperature going to look up the corresponding low and high pressures you'll see that you're probably 10 to 20 lbs lower on both sides more is not always better often times less will give you much colder air but not removing humidity as well but you're very close to having it in near perfect.
