I picked up a 97 with the 2.3 and was told of a coolant leak when I looked at it. I test drove it and turned the heater on and it fogged up the windshield so I would have to replace the heater core. So I bought it then I picked up a new heater core and a couple other heater parts, new hoses and what not. I pull the dash out the get the new heater core put into the heater box and go to reinstall my dash. I’m hooking up connections and the blend door cable and I can not figure out where this wire harness plugs into. I honestly don’t remember unplugging it from anything. It’s on the passenger side behind where the air bag would be if I had one. Anyone have any ideas?

If you had the Ford EVTM, that manual would guide you to the connector and its use. A wiring diagram with that combination of colors, conductors and number of pins could be used identify its purpose.
I would go to bbbind dot com, register, and see if they had your wiring diagram. A possible second source would be EBSCOHOST.com which has data/manuals/diagrams. My local library provides free access for cardholders.
Or search the web for wiring diagrams. Or boneyard it and find what is connected on a junked truck.
