Hi,
I have a 1991 Ranger extended cab XLT 4x4 with a 2.9L engine. I'm removing all the running gear (engine, manual transmission, manual transfer case, front and rear differential) and installing the running gear out of a 1992 Explorer 4x4 with a 4L, manual transmission, automatic push button transfer case, front and rear differential.
My question is on the wiring. I read on another forum I need to swap out the dash and wires as well, has anyone done this swap? I can't find any detailed information on this...
cheers,
Rick
