I would start with a 3/4 DJM drop via front Ibeams and a flip kit. And then check out your clearances if everything is good you could go an aditional 2 inches via belltech coils, and blocks on the rear or flipping your rear shackles for 2 inches. You wil also want a bolt in C notch for the rear axle clearance as well as drop shocks preferably Doetsch Nitro slammers and you may want to look into raised tranny and radius arm relocators. All parts are available through me at very competitive prices, check out my vendor section which has links to all of my ranger lowering components.
