Used it for about 30 minutes, definitely loosened my muscles and took away alot of pain. Dunno if it's just placebo effect but I dont care. 30 minutes without pain is worth the money... I'm gonna put it back on for another 30 minutes before bed.

If you don't have time to do it right will you have time to do it over?
Aren't you going to tell us why you were welding behind your back?

I just slept for a solid 6 hours for the first time in months.... my body was so excited to not be in pain I just zonked out right after I took the thing off and laid down.

40 bucks well spent.

Stick welding a snow plow frame on mack overhead from in a pit and no one told me I'd be forced to stick weld this thing let alone from inside a pit so I didn't bring any leathers. I thought I could just tig it on a the floor.

I hooked the thing to my back muscles, not my brain...
Stop right there, I don’t want to know where else you plan on hooking that thing up to!

Dont be gross! This ain't the tailgate!

Back on topic, my pain is entirely muscular. Whatever you wanna call it, cramped, stiff, spasms or whatnot it's in my muscles and this thing just seems to unlock them as good as taking a handful of muscle relaxers. I dunno how well it would work on pain related to stuff like actual spinal or bone pain/injury but for me this thing is an amazing drug free option.

What I've learned so far...

The pads suck. Only put them on twice and the stickiness is already gone but I didnt exactly clean my back before I put them on so I'm sure the hair and grease dont help.

Any cuts, wounds, even a pimple makes the electricity jolt through your skin and stings like hell.

It doesn't work while charging but the battery seems good. I did two 30 minute sessions with the intensity at about halfway up and it still had over 50% left.

There are a ton of different modes and the second time I did it, I scrolled through and changed it every couple minutes. This seems to work better than leaving it on one setting the whole time.

Moving around while it's running changes how it works. Say if your laying down with it on and then get up it can kinda catch you off guard because the intensity or sensation changes. (I'm assuming this is because your skin moves the pads around) The pads send the shock between each other so moving them closer or farther apart changes how they work.

The one I got is aparently not just "TENS" but also "EMS" I dunno which does which or what that means but this thing digs in deep. On the "knead" setting it really feels like a fat woman rubbing her elbow deep into your back and not just some tingly crap.

Well been using this thing for a month now. It has in no way stopped my back pain but definitely offers temporary relief. I had to buy this sticky gel to keep the pads attached. Its disgusting and messy but otherwise no matter what you do the pads just fall off so now I put the pads on with the adhesive goo and instead of taking them on and off I just leave them on for a day or two. I can't feel them so who cares.

The thing has 2 channels (4 pads) and instead of sending a specific voltage to each channel seperate it just splits the voltage between the 2 channels. Sounds ok and all BUT if you have it set kinda high and accidentally unplug one of the cords, it then DOUBLES the voltage to the other side. Not fun, especially since the cords have absolutely horrible plugs that fall out constantly. I think I'm gonna see if I cant just epoxy the plugs on the thing permanently.

Still well worth the 40 bucks.

My ex wife has an older version of that. She'd use it if she couldn't see the chiropractor for a while. They seem to help.

Ok lesson of the day... do not put the pads over an open wound.
Yeah, that would be bad.
I have one from when my left shoulder was operated on in 2012. It helped. Last month had surgery on my right shoulder, when I go to PT twice a week they put on on for 10 minutes before they start stretching things.
