Lee and Larry on the Stang....no one knows about Larry though.
Did he disappear under suspicious circumstances or who is Larry and why does nobody know about him?

My credo
I don't count birthday's anymore...just happy to be looking down at the ground instead of looking up
Sequel will be called "Ford vs. Tesla". They will pit a Tesla against the new Ford Mustang E-Van. Will look just like a revamped 1984 Chrysler Minivan, but with a Ford Blue Oval and painted in GT colors.
Scheduled name will be the Burro GT.
Race will only be 30 minutes long or until they can find an electrical outlet.
Oh Boy, can't wait.

Dude, I'm a Dodge guy, and I'm going to go see this.

I whish they'd depart the text and 'cap Iacocca on screen, buuuuuuut that's a whole other thing.
Lee Iaccoca is both my favorite andone of my most hated car designers.

I can't stand most of the things he got built, but the one thing he never got done I am in love with the idea.

His first pitch of the minivan concept was to FMC, it would have been the size of an Aerostar and had a 460 as an option.

Just google up "wood burning cars".
Many sites come up, including history. Been around almost as long as cars have.
I'm a history buff and knew about them years ago, although I've never seen a conversion.
Lots were converted here in USA during WW II when gas was rationed. Lots in Europe also.

One has to give Iacocca props where it’s due. Regardless of what you think about how he did it, he did save Chrysler and kept it a domestic brand. Sure, the cars were crap - Aries and K-Cars - but people bought them.

For the era I don’t know if they were too bad.

He was a pretty incredible guy. A lot of his cars were appliances but they did what the had to and kept the lights on.

The guy that played him in the movie made him look like a pretty cool guy.
