So I am going to swap my stock engine with a 351 Cleveland and I was wondering while we were building it what kind of performance parts I would want and/or need, and then also what kind of exhaust would sound deep and mean on it. Thanks for the help.

you are putting a 351c in it. what more do you want. as far as exhaust. 30 series flowmaster sound good.

4V or 2V? you are looking at adding a huge amount of weight onto the frame over 550 lbs vs 450 for a 302, are you boxing up the front frame to accept this and the added torque that will be added to the area?

I haven't done a cleveland swap, so i am not sure as the problems you are about to encounter. I know of the worms I have in a 302 swap. I would guess thinking about your exhaust sounds is so far from your worries that I wouldn't even be dreaming beyond how to get the motor mounts to line up properly.

As for go faster goodies... all depends on how deep your pockets are; and google with bench specs can be your friend or curse....

My credo
it is what it is
reinforce the frame front to back. create as much space as possible up front. personally id relocate the radiator out of the engine bay just to make more room. put an e fan on the radiator and another in the engine bay. if youre rebuilding the motor and want some extra power do a stroker to your specs, line bore it, deck hone and shave the heads. like above it depends how much you want out of it and how much you want to spend
