the 79 f150 dont have enough lift to clear 44s and the front axle is gonna grenade every time you play nothing short of 1 ton axles will hold up. my bronco has the same specs except a c6 automatic 12 inches suspension and a 3 inch body lift and i still had to cut to clear my 44s
