93 tail light issue? help!

ok my tail lights only light up when i step on the break even with my lights on.
i checked the bubs i discontected my line of fire but still no running lights:icon_confused:i checked fuses and relays NOTHING:annoyed:
help me out!
 
use a test light and trace the wires back if you can. you sure you checked all the fuses? i think tail lights are on a different circuit than stop lights.
 
Have you tried getting new bulbs? they are 2 filiment bulbs so maybe one of them could be burnt out. worth a try.
