what do i lube the tranny spline with?

The sun is coming out and i might try and get this back together......What do I lube the tranny spline with? I saw a thread that said to use anti-seize?........what should i out for lube in the pilot bearing area? how about on the slave should I out any lube on the part on any part of the slave/throwout?.............TIA

wheel bearing grease shoulld work just fine,dont use to much or you could end up slinging around on you're clutch plate/pressure plate,only need a small dab on you're pilot bearing

That or Vaseline works too!
