I posted in the transmisson section in the forum as well, but im needing help asap. The truck is a 2002 ranger edge 3.0l 2wd automatic. when in reverse or drive I have to rev the motor up just to get the truck to crawl, but in 1st or 2nd gear the truck acts fine and drives good. The atf level is good.
I have a scan tool and I was hoping to pull up the flashing od light code but iam unsure if my scaner can do that. Does it need to be able to read abs codes to read the od light?
I did come up with code p1336 a camshaft sensor code. Im not thinking that will cause my transmission to act the way it is.
