i have a fully charged battery, power to the starter, and the starters good, but when i turn the key i get nothing...whats else should i check?

Ignition switch, its linkage from the key (is yours sloppy?).
Solenoid on the fender, you should get power to the small lead (ground on the other) when the key is turned to crank. It will click real clearly if that is happening. If not, see if that power is getting there from the key, if so - replace the solenoid.
Could also be the cable to the starter or the clutch switch. Try it in Neutral if its an Auto.

ok now any size fuse i put in the starter relay spot it blows it out

Disconnect that fender solenoid and see if it still pops. If not, replace that solenoid. You only need to take off the small terminals, not the big ones.
I don't have any diagrams for 95, so I don't know if there is some other relay or if yours is on the fender.
If it's on the fender, some use their case as ground (only has one small terminal). If yours is like that, disconnect the battery, dismount that solenoid and sand its back and the fender for a better ground path. Could be that simple.
