can anyone tell me why gas would be in my break booster? it went bad, itook it off, and there was fluid that smelled likegas in it.

I believe that would be the fuel pressure regulator pull the vacuum off it and see if it smells like fuel also

yeah, FPR diaphragm failure is about the only way that can happen.

yeah, someone could have dumped fuel into your booster.
