Diesel Ranger

I found this truck and dont know much about the older model turbo diesels. He wants 500 for the whole truck the way it sits. Is this a good price I know there will be some work that needs to be done to it but Im not sure what exzactley till I go look at it. Any advice is appreciated.

If I had the spare money I'd buy it and restore it to original....oh they are great trucks! But remember it's hard to find parts for the turbo engine.

Just found out the guy doesnt have a title for it. Is it worth the headache trying to get another title in NC? Im not even sure how to file for a lost title in NC.

I am not for sure either? But it was funny that my friend sitting next to me when I replied said, "That truck from there probably has no title." But as to getting a title call the NC DMV to find out.
