column shift on bII

Were all of the auto trans bronco's from 89 on, column shift? also does anyone have a trick to get the little pin out so I can flip my shift lever down on the trans so I can hook up the cable shifter?

So far as I have seen, all B2's with auto's were column shift. Also all auto Explorers were column shift.

You haven't seen many BII's then.

All '89-'90 BII's were column shift. All '84-'88 BII's were floor shift.

OK thanks for the info, as I have swapped the old dash for a 93 explorer w/ column shift. I need to get a carpet with out the cut out for the floor shifter. Still need to swap the arm on the trans so I can hook up the shifter cable.
