starting problem ????????

i have a 88 branco 2 and the problem that i am having is that i will drive the truck for a few hours come home turn it off and go to leave in a hour or so and it will not start. so i wait a few hours go back and try to start it and it starts.

Need more info, won't turn over at all, Cranks but won't start.

no it turns over but will not start and i check the fuel rail and it is dry. then wait a few hours and it starts.

You might start with the fuel pump then. you need fuel air and spark to run. Just go from there
