fuel pump wont shut off, HELP!

I have a 1991 ford ranger 4.0 and the fuel pump wont shut off even with the key off I can hear it running. I was thinking it might be the fuel pump relay but cant find it? Anyone know whats causing my problems? thanks

X2 , cant find it either
 
on an '89-92 Ranger based vehicle the fuel pump relay is mounted to the underside of the power distribution box between the air cleaner and the passenger side fender.
