02 Ranger 4x4 rear disc swap?

I have heard that there is junkyard ways to swap to rear disc and that there isnt. I do not want to swap rear ends. Any definate ways? If not, what would be a good kit to buy? Where do I get that kit? Any info or advice much appreciated. thanks
 
i used the brackets off a crown vic and "morphed" them to my flanges.

works great and cost 100 bucks for the doner axle.

some welding was involved.
