dad just gave me his old sled...said i can fix it up and do what ever:icon_cheers:

any who pro's cons when it come to thease old things.....what should i start off will....i am thinking points and bugs wire...rebuild the carb....i also need to do somethin with the pull start.....rope broke off a year or so agian......me being stupid...took off the pull crank...lost some parts...is there an other way of puting on one of them things:icon_confused:

Depends how long it's been sitting. Clean the tank and carb and see if you have spark. No need to mess with the points if you don't have to.

What size engine? 440 or 340

340 i think...it is a twin...i did have it running for a few secs but that was spraying starting fluid in the carb
