engine convulsing

I have a 2001 ranger . When I accelerate the truck it starts into convulsions about 3200 rpm. If I get it up above that it settles down. Below that rpm is fine also. This happens only after the truck is warmed up, when cold it accelerates fine. It isn't like it starts missing, this thing starts shaking. Any ideas

How long has it been since you've had a basic tune-up?

I have changed plugs, wires, diff press transducer, egr, all vacuum lines, fuel filter. I had some other codes stored that made me do some of these things. I have cleared all codes now but still have this driveability problem.
