My boss recently bought a CNC plasma cutting table, and he wants to set up a website for the business to showcase our projects and give out contact information. Something really simple to get our name out there. Being 20 years younger than the boss, I have been tasked with the job. I am computer savvy, but need some help.
Where do I start? How do I obtain a domain name (www.ourshop.com) where do I have the site hosted, or do I do it on the business computer? Should I enlist a professional company to do this? Do I buy something like dreamweaver for a site as simple as I am planning? Anyone here have experience with web design companies... reputable or otherwise?
