this winter, i am going to be equiping my hotrod with probe bucket seats, and was wondering if anyone can give me ideas on a design and construction for the center console. this is what i have planned...
i would like the console to reach from the front to the rear (like wrap around my shifter). I have plans of putting my amp inside the console and either a) putting my 10" sub at the back of the console (by leaving a gap between the back of the console and the rear wall of the cab) or b) integrating the sub into the console to face outwards and towards the front of the truck. I want better cup holders (the stock ones are USELESS). I am just wondering what anyone has created and what they have used for ideas. I can have a friend work with fiberglass and i am good with wood. I am also looking for a nice paintable finish as well. Thanks muchly
