Manual to Power Locks (03 Ranger)

I currently do not have power locks or windows but i wanna install power locks so i dont have to keep reaching over to unlock the passanger door. Anyone know if its as simple as a door actuactor kit to install or is it more complicated? Can it work on a key fob as well, aftermarket, or just by using the key?

I converted my 2000 to power doors(locks, windows, and mirrors) It was alot of work but they work like they should. Manual door trucks are not wired for the power doors. The lock wiring is not complicated but it would require hooking into power and I think 4 wires door to door and a couple relays. To get remote doors you should just get an aftermarket kit because of the extra wiring involved.

I had a kit i installed, well my cousin, on my hyundai and it was the plunger type with the push rods and the solanoid. I should look into one. Any ideas on the type to go with? Should i stay away from ebay ones?
