as many of you are aware i was in search of a different axle set up for my 73 F250 
,anyway i have located my axle, but have run into a snag on the brakes. some background on my current set up: manual brakes w/4 wheel drums, brake lines are 3/16 from master cylinder to proportioning valve and 3/16 from proportioning valve to thru frame connection. i have the donor truck that the front axle came out of, my problem is that it has the lines that go from the master cylinder to the proportioning valve and the valve to the frame, but the donor truck has no master cylinder to compare to the one that currently on my truck. on my truck and the donor truck the hard lines that run from the master cylinder to the valve and from the valve to the frame junction are identical in size, the only difference in line size occurs after the frame junction. the donor truck has a banjo style fitting with 5/16 hard line and my current setup has a 3/16 hard line screwed directly to wheel cylinder. now for the confusing part [ at least for me ]the rubber portion of donor truck and my truck measure the same even though the hard line portion that comes out of the rubber portion is different.the difference in line size i can grasp to some extent because donor truck has duel piston calipers and i have been told they require higher volume of fluid, what i am not sure of, and this is where i need your help and input is, since both trucks have identical lines from master cylinder to valve and valve to frame junction, do i need to change my master cylinder. i want to keep the manual brake aspect because i happen to like the solid feel of my brakes, but i don't want to change what i don't have to. any and all help appreciated
