subscribing

whenever I start a thread or comment on a thread I would like to be notified if someone else has commented after me. I realize I can change this at the bottom before I post but I always seem to forget until after it's posted I then have to edit, go advanced, and change to instant e-mail notification. Is there a way I can set instant notification as my default?

In the registration process there was a section for automatic subscription notifications. Yours is set at 'Do not subscribe'. I changed it to 'Instant email notification'.
