Good lord this thing is fast. Now I know why it has cruise control standard... to keep you from speeding!!! Coming back from houston without using the cruise control I kept glancing down and seeing the speedo pass 85 mph  without the slightest sensation of moving fast!!! Anyways - I got it home (without any tickets :) ) and I got it all nice and washed up, started working on the interior (previous owner was a smoker..... ick.) and got this thing shined up nice! I just need to get some new speakers and a new head unit... it has a pioneer head unit in it already, but its a relic compared to most the ones out today... that and the previous owner wired ALL the speakers to a little 50 watt amp under the drivers seat, on ONE channel. So now all the speakers in the whole car are running on one channel coming off the head unit. Some people... anyway - after I get some spare change put away I'm going to run all new wires (or use the old wiring if it is still there) and put in new speakers, a new head unit, and put my bazooka tube in the trunk since its only 8 months old and I wasn't going to let it go with the truck when it sells! Beauty shots coming in a few minutes :D

It came with a cat? Cool.

Nice car. Time to invest in a radar detector....

And good luck with the ashtray smell. It's notoriously hard to get rid of that.

Ahh, I try not to speed... and radar dectors just insure that the cop WILL write you a ticket when he sees it :D So far the ashtray smell is pretty much gone... apparently whoever had this car didnt smoke a whole lot since normally any car I'm in thats been smoked in gives me a headache and starts screwing with my sinuses... but not so on this one! I've cleaned it with febreeze and a few other chemicals, washed the ashtray out with soap, and this weekend I'm going to shampoo the whole interior to try and get rid of it for good. I'll keep yall updated :)

Great car man! I dunno about you but after I bought my RSX I had a totally different view of Honda/Acura. That should be a real solid car for you and if you want to ever do any tuning to it there should be a pretty good after market too!

Thats what I meant. I know its not the fastest thing on the street, but its pretty damn quick compared to every other car I've ever owned! and as far as mods go, nope. This one is staying stock, MAAAYBE rims, a VERY long way down the road, but I doubt it. It will be getting new audio equipment, and thats about it :) I Like it as it is, so I dont see any need to change it.

Well, was just mentioning because I was surprised how easy it is to pack another bit of HP into those cars with just bolt ons. Something to learn from too =) Happy you like your car man!

Haha...yeah, I would HOPE so! :D
