Are there any springs from different autos that will fit into the 1994 Ranger that will be lower than the factory springs?

Your stock one cut done. If you are only wanting an inch or 2, you can cut a coil or 2 off the stock spring.
But as for stock coils from some other car ... That I am not sure but you have to remove your stock coild to put in another coils so why not try cutting them first.
And I do believe a set of drop coils are only about 100 bucks.

It is not recomended by most to cut coils when actual drop coils are so cheap
