Hi all first time on here.
Ty for looking. Just recently converted my 93 ford explorer from a auto, on auto to a stick, on stick. Havin a issue with my idling, was wondering if there was a way to fool the p.c.m to make it think it is a stick or do I need to just get one out of a stick explorer.

Typically an auto computer will run a stick vehicle just fine. You can't go the other way. That being said, there is a procedure for setting the proper idle on an EEC IV system. Did you follow it?

Clear the EEC-IV's idle memory by disconnecting the battery for 20+ minutes.
Disconnect the Idle air bypass solenoid
Reconnect battery
Start engine and set idle speed to desired RPM with stop screw on throttle body
Turn off engine and reconnect the air bypass solenoid
-- set TPS to 0.90 - 0.95 volts (Do not exceed 1.0 volts MAKE SURE!) Use a digital volt meter!
Start engine and let it idle for 2 minutes with no accessories on.
Turn off engine for two minutes
Start engine again and run for 2 minutes with every accessory turned on.
Turn engine off again.

I copied and pasted the above. This also assumes the TB is clean and the IAC as well. If you have not done that, clean them first.

Still same thing, maybe I should say what it is doing, runs fine, idles at a stop fine 800 rpm or so, it is when i'm crussing that draws my attention. In between shifts and in neutral while moving it idles at 1,700 rpm, when i come to a complete stop it idles down to 800 or so, IAC is new replaced twice,Cleaned throttle body. That is why I am thinking about finding a pcm from another model that came stock with a stick. any more advice?

Well that probably is because of your VSS, but I would think it were would be doing it with a stick ECM, not so much an auto ECM . . . if that is indeed what is happening. How long after you stop does the RPM coming down?

the rpm goes down right when I stop literally. Maybe right before I stop if not right when, like 2 or 3 mph is when it drops.
I feel that it has something to do with the vss or computer.
