I'm kinda between a rock and a hard place here guys. Last month, the bearings in the rear end in my 88 Ranger STX decided they were going to start rattling. I have since parked the truck and have been getting ready to rebuild it. As fate would have it, shortly after walking to work that morning, I sliced my hand wide open on a broken fluorescent bulb. Being down one hand has put a grand hindrance on me and the Ranger has to get back on the road. I'm asking if anyone could come by for a Saturday or Sunday and give me a hand.

The truck is in Turlock at my Dad's place and I'm willing to give fuel, food, and beer. I'm really in a hard spot here and could really use some help. I'm sure I've left out some info here, so feel free to ask questions.

Thanks,
Tom

Thanks for the support guys. Your encouragement and offers to help are what keep me coming to the therangerstation.com day in and day out.

I was just given the okay by the wife to take it in to a local shop. This will be the first time since I've owned my Ranger that I won't be working on it. :( But it's for the best. I'll keep things posted on here as to the progress.
