locking hub issues!!

im lookin at a buddy of mines truck he wants to trade me for my f150, an the front locking hubs dont work! i was wondering if anyone could tell me how difficult it would be to transfer from auto hubs to manual hubs? an if anyone has done it b4 an if ne one might kno where i could get the kit or the stuff to do it? thanks yall have a goodin!!

its pretty simple conversion, i did it on my 93 in an evening. basicly u need the manual hubs, and the spindle nut conversion kit. i'd also go with the heavyr jeep hubs pn 37780 as mentioned here... http://www.therangerstation.com/Magazine/May04/offroad.htm
