eh, not worth too much. ask 100 for them and take anything above 40 bucks...
find out how much the alloy is worth for scrap. if it is worth more than 40 for the rims, scrap them.

Yeah I'd say no more then 100 bucks and put or best offer on them.
I sold a set of 15" ones like that for $45 to the scrap yard last week with no tires.

I sold a set of them in ok shape with good tires for $150. The guy even had to pay about $20 in tolls to get here and back. He REALLY want the 14s for some reason.

That tire sure did need a bunch of balance weight for a 14" tire. Looks like almost 3 ounces!
