1991:Vapor-line routing

I've just replaced the fuel filler tube and the fuel pump but did not see any vapor line connection. Can anyone describe how and where this vapor line connects to the tank?

Just a bit more info on my post regarding vapor line routing. I gained access to the tank by removing the bed and so the only portion of the tank visible to me was its top.

I have noticed in a shop manual drawing that the vapor line fitting lies beneath a cross member. Is the rubber portion of the vapor line prone to cracking, etc.?
