Mazda B3000 Tranny/Clutch NOISE!

Just had the tranny out of my 94 b3000.....also had the engine jacked up at the same time to replace a leaky oil pan......after reinstalling everything, my truck makes a scraping squealing noise when driving down the road.....not real bad but enough you can hear it a bit inside the cab....as soon as you rest your foot on the clutch pedal to shift, noise disappers....it didnt do this before i had the tranny out....any ideas?
