Equus 3160/code reader recommendation

I'm looking for a good scan tool. Ability to read transmission codes and ABS codes and monitoring live sensor data are features I really want. I'm considering the Equus 3160 but if you guys have any better suggestions I'll consider them. Basically I want the best reader with the most features possible for under $500.

ive got the 3130 that does live data. it has the ability to be upgraded for 99 bucks to read abs. i love it! its simple to use. very easy to read and is fairly cheap. i bought mine off amazon for around the 100 dollar range... my buddy has the same one he bought off the mac truck for 300. the 3160 seems like it would be perfect for what you want it for
