Ok for about two years I have been looking. I gave up a few months and got a Ranger. Still I wish I had a B2. So if you know of an 86-90 with a 5 speed, manual hubs please let me know.

Oh no red in interiors.

Dude....do you live under a ROCK??? I see them all the time for sale by private parties or dealers...low miles, 2wd, or 4wd. Some lifted with roof racks, winches, custom bumpers!!! I see them all over Craigslist, Ebay, The Autotrader.....dude!!! Just crawl out from under that rock!!!!!

Hahaha I just went down a backroad thismorning and found a house that is abandoned with atleast 4 bronco 2's.. I'm gonna try to find the rightful owner and try to reconstruct the title one one vin an make one hell of a b2
 
I find them all the time too, just gotta look in the right places. I'm with you on the red.
 
i dont care what color. im not picky, although im not too favorable to the red either

We are not all so fortunate as to live outside the rust belt dude. Vehicles that have been out of production for 20 years aren't abundant everywhere. Especially not in a condition that makes them worth having.

Dude! I live in the Seattle area but thanks for the links. I will take the second one.

Maybe I should have been clearer. There are B2s that show up all the time on Craigslist but I haven't found one that is right for what I want.

Two days a go I went to look at one that was two hours away. I was so excited I had a hard time thinking of anything else. When I got there it was a rust pile of dung for $2500. I moped for one day and then forced myself to get over it.

My dad has a B2 with the 2.8, 5 speed sitting outside behind the barn. I used to drive it and it drove pretty darn good. I convinced him to sell it a year ago but he never got around to doing it. I might be able to persuade him to think about selling it again. PM me if you want any pictures.
 
If I ever finally get to move south, I will buy a Bronco 2 again. In CNY, they are all either rusted out, or not for sale...
 
i feel your pain man, i moved here to north west arkansas thinking i would be able to find another 1st gen singlecab 2wd ranger, but so far i have yet to see one for sale that runs. still looking, left my old one at my moms house in california, i miss that thing all the time. seems like most the rangers for sale here are 89+, 4x4, extended cab, neither is an option i want, i realy want a 1st gen 2wd singlecab, thats not been moddified. also seems like theres a 200 mile area around me that is completely lacking rangers, once i get past 200 miles, they seem plentyful. good luck with your search
