Anyone in or Close to Hickory, NC??

Looking for someone in or around Hickory, NC to come and look at my ranger. this thing has over $2000 in the motor alone and still doesn't want to run right. I have to pump the pedal about 4-5 times before it will even attempt to start. I have to stay on the throttle awhile to keep it running until it builds some heat in the engine. So if anyone in or close to Hickory, NC would be willing to come and look at my truck comment on this post or pm me on TRS. Thanks

Stock carbs are notoriously problematic.

Vacuum lines in place?? All lines to the manifold are in place and you did not remove anything??

yes, all vacuum lines are in place and my mechanic has done all the work to the engine. I think my carb may be the problem because thats about the only thing on the engine that hasn't been messed with. i will probably just get me a rebuild kit and this myself so i know its done right.
